Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings.     As always the Chatham cut didn’t disappoint we love going there Matt and staff are awesome. Unfortunately I do have a concern. This time, we were lucky enough to dine there on thanksgiving from that time to last evening our martinis have gone up $4.00 which I believe is gouging the glasses are small to begin with is new management in place ?????? Would be a shame if this wonderful place started to price itself out.

    Awesome experience. Our server Dana was very personable, extremely hard working, checked in as necessary without over checking. The restaurant is very nice and the food and drinks were excellent.

    We love the ambiance and the blue lighting under the bar. We are from Southern New Jersey and usually make it up to Chatham once a year and Bluefin Sushi is always the restaurant we look forward to coming to. Rosie was our waitress and she was very pleasant and was an excellent waitress! The Manager/Owner was very happy to hear of our annual trips. We told him if we lived here we would come in all the time! The food is fabulous and it’s hard to stop ordering extra dumplings and Sushi!! We will look forward to returning next year!
