The Manor Restaurant at Best Western Chilworth Manor has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is available for hotel residents and non-residents alike. Pre-booking is required. Exposure to the smoke of the smoldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavor, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.

Nice reception, nice decor and atmosphere. Drinks were too expensive and the food was fairly expensive but good. Service was generally very good. We would return, which probably says all you need to know. £144 for 2
