At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. Located in the heart of Waterford’s Viking Triangle (link to WVT web), the Reg consists of 5 bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald’s Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering. We are Great Place to Work Certified and also Won Best Late Night Bar in Ireland for 2022. Gorgeous festive menu. Pate was really nice and smooth. The brioche bread toast needs to be harder and crunchier though. The featherblade beef was absolutely exquisite. So tender and mash with gravy was fantastic. Very fond of the dessert too. Creme Brulee was excellent. Worth every penny
