Exemplary service, all the staff were so well honed in there craft. They performed there duties with aplomb and grace. The food was exquisite, locally sourced and served to perfection.

The food at Chop is usually delicious and carefully prepared and plated. In this case, on a Monday evening, the prime rib came as ordered, which was medium rare. The filet mignon was also ordered as medium rare, but came as medium well done, not what i had irdered and a very unusual way for a kitchen to treat an expensive steak like filet mignon. I was very hungry so I are it after pointing out the issue to the server and the manager. There was no compensation for this. It's partly my own fault for not sending it back to the kitchen, as i should have. Service was excellent otherwise.

Food is good, portion sizes are a bit small . Service was very good.

Zach & Dimitri were fantastic! You know you are in good hands if they serve you. Table maintenance was 10/10 and we always felt looked after. The chef came out, introduced herself with reassurance, positive energy and allergy information- it was nice to see the level of care and commitment. The food was great & quick, an all around great experience. Both servers were well knowledgable and the attention to detail was also impressive. Thank you guys for the great night out. Happy New Year!
