Celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary!! Had added in the reservation our wedding date and our table had a Happy Anniversary sign surrounded by rose petals. ♥️ ALL of the staff that walked by and interacted with us were intentional with acknowledging our Anniversary. And our waitress Gracie, hands down THE BEST!!! For desert, we had cheesecake brûlée, whip cream and Happy Anniversary written in chocolate syrup!! The food was AMAZING!! Hubbie had honey glazed chicken with au gratin potatoes and asparagus. Divine!! I had the chile-crusted ribeye with the cheesy potato soup. Chef’s Kiss. THANK YOU to the wonderfully kind and thoughtful staff. We will see you soon Gracie♥️♥️

This was the first time any of us had eaten at The Fish Market. We were all very pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience e we had! Everyone we encountered from the minute we walked in the door was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We can’t wait for our next visit to The Fish Market.

Everything was excellent. Had to wait longer than expected for table. Arrived 10 min early for 7pm reservation and was told it would be closer to 7 before table was ready. We didnt get seated until 7:25. If they had told me a longer wait, then we would have gone to the bar for drinks. Also, we weren't aware the Valentine "special" got cancelled. I understand it was a supply issue. We actually spent less and had drinks with dinner. No Valentine vibe at all, which would have been nice.

Our experience at Kounter was, as usual - outstanding. After living in the Rock Hill area for most of my life, my husband, friends, and I have enjoyed Kounter multiple times in the past - and when we came back to town to visit with my family and celebrate my birthday, I wanted to make a reservation for lunch. When we walked in, our table was ready and we were seated immediately. The chef and the rest of the staff had taken the time to write a hand-written note on a card to wish me a Happy Birthday, which I felt was a very special touch to our visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and great at communicating. The food... WOW, the food. I got the Black Truffle Grilled Cheese with Smoked Tomato Bisque and the flavors were insane (in an incredibly good way). My husband got the Bussin' Bussin' Burger with Crispy Asian Brussels - and again, it blew us away with the flavors. I could have eaten an entire pasta-sized bowl of those brussels. My parents got the Cubana with the brussels and the Parmesan Creamed Corn - also very good. At the end - they surprised me with "Mom's Chocolate Pie" and they had placed a single lit candle in the center. It was the perfect touch to end the meal and the pie was scrumptious. I have obviously, always enjoyed Kounter - or else I wouldn't have made a reservation to celebrate my birthday with my family there. With that said, after this visit, I felt the need to come to the internet and rave about how truly incredible this little gem of a restaurant is so others will also know. This was the perfect visit to a restaurant for me. It was even more special to see the names of the Friendship Nine carved into the wood lining the walls. What an incredibly special place to celebrate my birthday and the history of the location. Bravo to the entire Kounter team for creating such an incredible place for locals to enjoy an incredible menu, a friendly staff, and a little bit of our history. Thank you!

Shayne was awesome! My NC Mountain Stuffed Trout was delicious, the lemon ver blanc was amazing with the sweet potatoes, my hibiscus breeze was so good I ordered another. The view was incredible! Beautiful way to begin my birthday celebrations!
