PAOLO'S is a charmingly buzzy 50-seat scratch-kitchen and bar with a core menu of refreshed Italian-American, Mediterranean, and seasonal New England recipes reflecting Boston-based chef Paul Delios’ 40-year career. At his former national award-winning restaurants (Paolo's, Meze and Kane's Donuts) Delios earned acclaim for his mountain-size heart and multi-cuisine mastery.
