The restaurant provides a high level of service, keeping it friendly enough to comply with customers’ special requests. The diner interior, a modern contemporary space, orange with glass and stainless steel highlights, makes a stylish setting for teppanyaki hotplate grill dishes and okonomiyaki savoury pancakes. The open air terrace, the bar stocked with over one hundred types of cocktails, champagne, wine, shochu and sake, and the large and small private rooms, ensure that the restaurant is able to deal satisfactorily with a wide range of customer requirements. Recently the restaurant has been recommended to many international visitors by local hotel concierges, and in 2008 Jinroku Pacific opened in Waikiki, Hawaii. Jinroku is popular with both locals and visitors from around the world.

The dishes are simple, made from delicious seasonal ingredients regardless of brand. Some 100 wines are available at reasonable prices. The staff put great effort into matching meals with the right wines and wines with the right dishes.
