Delightful meal, as always, at David’s 388! But this one was especially lovely : we were given one of our fave tables at the window, overlooking the sidewalk and DiPietros… there were string lights overhead and the snow was falling outside. It felt magical. Service was absolutely wonderful- from the host at the door, to our server, to the food runner who brought our meals! So friendly and thoughtful. This is exactly why we love this little neighborhood gem. xo

All the food was delicious, our server was really sweet and helpful, and the space is so fun! Definitely stop in, and especially if you used to go to Old Port Tavern and want to be floored by the remodel of the space.

The service was excellent, the waitress was informed friendly and responsive. The pizza was wonderful, obviously made from very high-quality ingredients. The fish and chips were very tasty and the Panini sandwich was also very very good. 

A genuinely excellent Italian dining experience in Portland Maine's Old Port. The focus on locally sourced ingredients makes a big difference. The chef (from Genova) makes the most of the local fresh seafood. Service was perhaps the best we have had in Portland, which is a pretty high bar, but still, better here.

Our first time at this location in Scarborough although we have been to other locations. Love the crab and havarti sandwich and the sweet potato fries. The desserts were very good too, especially the peanut butter pie. Our server Lisa was great! We would sit in the bar area again just to have her as our server. Nice to have a Sea Dog location in Scarborough!
