Dining is truly a delectable experience with breathtaking views of the Columbia River. The Cascade Dining Room features a tantalizing selection of authentic Pacific Northwest flavors like fresh caught Steelhead and high quality, locally sourced Prime Rib.Due to WA State regulations and limited capacity, reservations for sit-down table service Friday & Saturday evenings from 5pm-10pm are available for overnight hotel guests only. Take out service is also available for hotel guests and day guests.
