We are a New York steakhouse with a twist. Our Executive Chef is the only one in Southern Connecticut to use the old world technique of skillet cooking; producing the most perfectly cooked steak. our 1st brunch at Gioia & of course it didn’t disappoint. So many great dishes it’s hard to choose - so we got a lot - haha. Must try’s - Cacio e pepe scrambled eggs, the Breakfast Sandwich, Eggs Benedict. They had a beef checks hash special - if they have it - GET IT! so much more to try across their menus - we’ll be back.

Everything was as expected for a premium steakhouse... The food, drinks and service were all excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgable. Although it is not an inexpensive place to dine, the prices are typical of other high-end steakhouses.
