With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Great ambience outside with beautiful breezes. Food was sooo good. I had the chicken satay which was melt in your mouth with a great peanut dipping sauce. My son had Moo Gee (sp?). Noodles with shrimp veggies and spices and daughter in law had the beef. All was amazing!! Great food, Great friendly service from everyone

We had an incredible experience at Infinity Restaurant—our second visit, and it was just as exceptional as the first. Our group included four adults and two 8-year-old kids, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We celebrated my 50th birthday in their stunning outdoor setting, which truly elevated the evening. As someone who values atmosphere, I can confidently say this is by far the best restaurant in Turks and Caicos.

Great overall experience with a combination of delicious food, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. We had sesame crusted salmon and the swordfish. Desert was homemade Icecream and a yummy chocolate chip cookie.
