Jeff Ruby's was the perfect choice for my special birthday dinner! The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection and left us wanting more. To top off the night, we indulged in the Jordan Shoe Chocolate cake, which was a showstopper! An amazing ambiance celebrating the Cuban culture! Started off with bread wrapped in newspaper depicting a print from the 1950’s. Guava butter and cilantro lime butter were offered. Both were delicious! Tried the shrimp ceviche that has a tomato base with thinly sliced red onion, and cilantro. It was very refreshing just as the waitress described. My husband ordered the Ropa Vieja en Lata and didn’t know it means “beef in a can”. It was served table side by a waiter that described the canning process and the titles meaning. He proceeded to open and serve the perfectly cooked beef along with white rice and fried plantains. I had the salmon Varadero served with yellow rice and fried plantains. I could not resist adding a side of black beans. Everything exceeded our expectations! The service was impeccable and we will be back!

We have always done dinner at this amazing restaurant. Today was our first brunch. I would have to say , they continue to amaze us. The blue crab omelette was out of this world amazing. The thick cut bacon was something that could be a dish by itself. The wife got the French dip sub. The beef was perfect, the dip was on point . The horseradish dip was fire 🔥. The hand cut fries were perfectly salted and crisp. Once again blown away by this restaurant ability to provide amazing experience and food.

We were very happy to get a reservation at Ramsay’s Steak House Southern Indiana. We had a wonderful dinner and entertained by the occasional “YES CHEF” coming from the Kitchen. We watch all of the Gordon Ramsay shows and were amused. The dinner was excellent. We shared the Pork Belly, Caesar Salad and entrees. They were perfect. Sticky Toffee Pudding topped it off. Our server, Alex was magnificent. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. We had a truly wonderful experience.

Everything was fine except for the room temperature in the dining area. It could not have been more than 62°F which made it rather uncomfortable.
