The western ramparts echo with history, after all this fortified castle was built a 1000 years ago to defend the southern territories from the rampaging north. The restaurant enjoys amazing tranquil views with stunning sunsets and fig trees gloriously perfume the terrace in summer. Everything has been designed and custom made by B.B. for Reschio with a magnificent dresser as the centre piece. Here castle-dwellers are tempted each morning by a splendid buffet breakfast. Traditional Italian specialities are served each evening, using ingredients sourced from the estate or nearby. Other spaces, such as a semi-secluded dining table for eight or the Old Castle Kitchen, where guests can linger over liqueurs and coffee, with a blazing fire in the winter.     The place is magnificent, and the view is sublime. The person who took care of the service was exceptional—not only for their attentiveness but also for their smile, a true ray of sunshine. A thousand thanks to them! As for the dishes, they were absolutely divine. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

    A wonderful experience and a lovely complement to our stay in Tuscany. This style of dining brings “the best of both” - the casual, communal, and social dimension of having friends over for dinner, but with the elevated authenticity of a Tuscan food culture. The team here are friendly, warm, and the food was exquisite. We opted for the bistecca upgrade and it was superb! Don’t miss an opportunity to nab a table here.

    Superata ogni aspettativa. Luogo magico, fuori dal tempo. Già dall'arrivo si percepisce un'atmosfera diversa, una volta dentro si rimane incantati. Luogo meraviglioso, personale altrettanto e cibo impeccabile. Non voglio dire molto di più perché è un luogo che va scoperto, vissuto di persona. L'unica cosa che tengo a dire è questa sensazione che mi è rimasta anche giorni dopo.. di essere stato in un luogo fuori dal tempo, fuori dal mondo comune.. un paio d'ore passate a godersi il momento e nient'altro. Da provare e vivere assolutamente, ci tornerò senz'altro.
