We love Etch. We have been regularly visiting Etch downtown Nashville for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and amazing. First time visiting Etch in Franklin. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to mention that my catfish needed salt. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience as usual.

The food was excellent. Was a nice Valentines dinner. There were several small kids around us. So a bit loud for a quiet meal. But I know that can’t be helped. Overall this was our first time and we will be back.

My wife and I both ordered pork chops for our lunch entrées. I am not one who usually orders pork chops at a steakhouse, but I must say this was perhaps the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Wonderful flavor and about 3 inches thick. Outstanding. The fried asparagus tips were also outstanding. Cheesecake with white chocolate topping was also exceptional. One thing that did take us aback when our check arrived was the house red wine that we ordered cost more than our entrées! $25 for a 7 ounce glass of wine? I’m sorry, but that is just out and out price gouging. We could buy a whole bottle of modest wine for $25. Again the meal was great as usual, but had we known that two glasses of house wine would cost $50 there’s no way we would have ordered that. We will know better next time.

Our server was extremely informed and gave us good suggestions for our meal. I enjoyed the swordfish with its exquisite combination of flavors, and my husband was very pleased with the Rib Eye 14 oz cooked to his liking. The sauce was well made, not spicy, had a mild taste and complimented the meat. An after-dinner coffee was well mixed with blends of flavors and extremely smooth. It was my birthday and eating at 360 Grille with its unique atmosphere was the perfect way to celebrate.

Good food and a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
