It’s a dome in a bowl, and they poor too much alcohol on it to flambé. It’s drowning in alcohol in the bowl which makes it soupy. Apple pie is better. Our steaks were so tender you could have cut them with a butter knife. We always get the Au gratin potatoes and they were excellent as always. The gentleman singing music was one of best we have heard there. He was at Moomba the night before so we were excited to see him again. The only reason I gave the food a 4 and not a 5 was that my fish entree was just slightly dry, although still delicious.
