Capricci is an "restaurant & deli” bringing to London 30 years of experience in selecting exceptional Italian food and wines from small artisanal producers. Capricci's Italian regional menu is inspired by the highest quality ingredients and changes on a weekly basis according to the seasonal products available. So you will not find a fixed menu but all the ideas and achievements that the creative cuisine offers daily with a passion for surprise. Our wine list combines natural wines from Italian microproducers with great classics such as Barolo, Amarone and Prosecco. Capricci offers a unique experience of products and authentic Italian recipes which can be tasted comfortably seated at the table, or brought home for your own pleasure. Welcome to Tonkotsu Bar & RamenOur restaurant Tonkotsu is named after the lip-smacking, creamy ramen typical in Kyushu, Japan’s southern-most island, but found all over Japan. Tonkotsu ramen’s smooth, silky consistency is created by cooking pork bones for up to 18 hours, which allows collagen and other porky goodness to be emulsified into the stock.
