Amazing Sunday brunch with champagne. We have done a few of top-rated seafood buffets in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang - most have been very similar and good. This experience was my favorite as attention to detail in service, presentation and selection was exquisite and breaks out amongst all the competitors we have tried.

We visited 3 restaurants for dinner during our short stay in HCMC. This was our best meal. In fact we had a bad experience at Chopsticks and were disappointed at Le Corto. The Fois Gras Terrine was absolutely delicious! The mango sauce played very well with the Fois Gras. We also had fried crab in pieces with some kind of seasoning that worked well. My husband could not stop eating the Seafood fried rice even after I had served all the seafood and left half the rice. The eggplant side dish was wonderfully cooked. The tofu with vegetables was just that. The deconstructed Profiterole were a nice finish.

We were staying at Park Hyatt. We had heard of the brunch and were excited for a fancy, Western meal. The offerings, especially the seafood were amazing - lobster, crab claws, oysters, no limit. There was a carving station, breads, cheeses, and desserts galore! The daily breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Definitely something for everyone.
