Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. Our absolute favorite restaurant! Brought my brother here and he was amazed by the food too. Hands down best Italian food and love the fresh pasta! Our waiter was so friendly and nice and love the atmoshpere. We all loved every dish we got and can’t wait to go back!

A lovely and quaint bistro in Carlton! The wine selections were all local (in fact, the winemaker of the wine we chose was there for dinner the same evening)! The chef comes around and chats with his customers in a kind and fun manner. And the FOOD! Absolutely delicious! Perfectly prepared and timed beautifully!
