David, our server was absolutely amazing!!! He had someone with him, as he was new…that didn’t last long and he was very present! This had to be the best experience we’ve had at Firebirds…David, stick around…you bring the right mix of detail and kindness. Nice job team! We will be back soon.

The food selection is great. The food was prepared well and priced fairly reasonably. The service was great as well.

This is our go to restaurant, the food and service is 10 stars in my book . I tried the shrimp and lobster scampi for the first time and it was so delicious. Chicken parmigiana is really good too . Love this restaurant.

One of the best CH experiences by far! My husband was in town for business and joined a couple colleagues for dinner. They raved about their server (I’m sorry he forgot his name) he was very attentive and took great care of them! As well as the food quality 10/10 surf n turf and tuna sashimi. We look forward to visiting Springfield for future business dinners/events. 😊

Went for Date Night with three other couples. Celebrated my birthday and another birthday in our group. Our server was SOOO AMAZING. She was very efficient and very nice. She offered free dessert to myself and the other birthday girl. I thought that was very kind—even if it’s something they normally do. It was a very nice surprise. Everyone loved their food and the atmosphere was perfect for all of us!! We will be back!
