First visit to Harlow's and we loved it! Eclectic to be sure, but love the art deco vibe and the warm and friendly people. And the food was extremely tasty! A very diverse menu - we tried several different "Small Plates" and came away very impressed with the chef's creativity, the quality and the taste of each dish, and Jess our server was friendly and informative and did a great job. Then we wandered over and found the Cigar Lounge, where JJ treated us like VIPs and welcomed us to Harlow's newest "little gem." We will definitely be back soon!

The food is unique and truly amazing, I had been in a couple of months before and couldn't stop thinking about the Pork Porterhouse! Our server Kaden was fantastic and he added to the fun of the evening. He was so attentive and really heard what we like and had great food and wine suggestions. We were celebrating a special occasion and he made the celebration even more special! Jazzie at the bar made us delicious drinks and was so fun and engaging. We will come back just to sit at the bar and enjoy her company! Natalia was terrific, so welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our conversation with her! I come to Hell's Kitchen regularly when I am staying at the Harrah's resort san Diego. Normally we have a fantastic experience. We started with scallops. My girlfriend had the skin on salmon and I ordered the filet mignon. Everything was good but my steak which I ordered cooked medium rare came out medium well to well done. Not terrible, but definitely over cooked for my preference. Hence the 4 stars for food. Our server was Alicia and she was great. The only other disappointment was that it was very noisy and hard to have a conversation over the background din. We'll be back and use open table for our reservations next time.
