I visited The Ranch on a Sunday evening; the restaurant was much busier than I anticipated. The noise was moderate. Parking was adequate for the building. I had requested a booth or table with some privacy in my OpenTable reservation, and I believe they accomodated the request for me and my dining companion. I am grateful to the restaurant for that gesture. Service was attentive and prompt. Our server knew the menu well and made recommendations. We had salads, steaks, 3 sides, and a dessert as well. All were very good, and the steaks were cooked as ordered. We were not rushed and were not disturbed by the other diners nearby. The Ranch is in a building built from scratch a few years ago. It works well as a restaurant and I like the subdued mood the dark colors create. It’s the nicest restaurant in Norman, and it might be the priciest as well. Even so, I had a fabulous two-hour dinner there and don’t hesitate to recommend it.

This place is a classic. Never disappoints! Can’t tell you what this restaurants means to our family, have had so many celebrations here and will continue!!

My reservation with open table and Salt Grass was amazing! The second the clock hit 8:00p.m. my table was ready! 1st time for me to use open table, I highly recommend it even on Valentines Day it was Perfect!!

First time here and the whole experience was great! Our waitress Alexis was attentive all night and even brought us out the best mocktail which we told her to choose herself. The food was delicious and ambiance great. We had a preset menu for Valentines Day and will be back!
