The views were amazing. That’s what they are selling here. The drinks were good. Food was good. But the atmosphere was just awful. Too touristy (even though I’m a tourist). Watching 500 Instagram wannabe influencers take selfies for 2 hours was not my idea of a nice dinner. If you want a drink and a view, go check it out. If you want a nice dinner… go elsewhere.

Great food and a beautiful ambiance. Our service was not good. It looked like our waitress was too tired and ready to leave. Overall good selection of sushi, sake and Japanese whiskey

This place is beautiful, and I loved sitting in the outdoor patio! My server was Eric and he was wonderfully patient with me as I chatted with him so much about the food and drinks. The ceviche del dia was outstanding! The house made bread was divine with the completely unique savory hibiscus butter! The stracciatella ice cream was made with chocolate made with Panamanian cacao! And it was the best stracciatella ice cream ever! The mixed herbal tea was fantastic too! It was a mix of mint, lemongrass, rose, petals, and hibiscus. Service was outstanding overall, and the ingredients are truly farm to table. I highly recommend this place and thank my friend, the Panamanian chef from New Orleans, for recommending it to me. 

What a great concept of a speakeasy and then rooftop dining in Panama City. Make sure that you read other reviews to ensure you can find the entrance. But finding Azahar and the entrance to the speakeasy is part of the fun! We loved that we could comfortably sit in the bar and downstairs restaurant to browse the great bar menu while waiting for our rooftop table. The staff was amazingly cordial and attentive. We ordered appetizers, meals and desserts ALL of which were equally delicious as we shared between the four of us. The waiters were great in providing recommendations ( but having basic knowledge of Spanish goes a long way, but not required). Serving sizes were perfect, cocktails were delicious and the view from the rooftop made everything come together for a great night out. We will definitely recommend to others visiting Panama and will return on another visit.

We enjoyed our meal there. Service was good, and food was delicious. Many choices to choose from on menu.
