Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Other organic game meats served are antelope, elk, ostrich, kangaroo and wild boar. The service and meal were outstanding. The tortellini with Alfredo sauce was superb and the shrimp portifino was excellent with seafood and the sherry wine cream sauce was excellent. We ended the meal with a wonderful coconut snowball, carrot cake and espresso. The service was top notch. Our Waitress was excellent and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The food was delicious although priced a bit high for what you get. The atmosphere and service were lovely. We had a great time and I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for something fresh and unique. Definitely recommend a reservation as it gets busy and the wait time for a table can be long.
