Shorty's Steakhouse is a unique dining experience. Established more than 20 years ago, along the historic Randolph Street in downtown Garrett, Indiana. Shorty's Executive Head Chef James Morrow has created & curated our menu over 10 years, carefully straddling the line of fine steakhouse dining, with small-town Indiana fare. We are located in Garrett, Indiana, 10 minutes from the historic Auburn downtown and the ACD museum. Also, 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne, Indiana, 15 minutes from Kendallville, Indiana and 25 minutes south of Angola, Indiana. We love that we bring all these communities together at Shorty's. My sisters Lunch was wonderful. I ordered the Ribs they really burned. But I ate what I could. And left it like that. It was 1 pm. So you think they would good and fresh cooked.

Surprisingly very good. We had the short rib and filet. Wagyu short rib was excellent as waa the filet. The lobster chowder was very good. Service excellent. Ambiance is nothing special but overall value is exceptional. Very pleasantly surprised

Waited 1hour 15 minutes for our food. When it came my steak was unbelievably salty. Has to send it back and wait another 15 to 20 min for replacement. By then my partner was done eating and I had are my side already. The waitress was amazing tho. Really nice
