At Thompson’s Tex-Ken Ranch Steakhouse, we are deeply committed to the true farm-to-table experience. All of our beef is locally raised at the Tex-Ken Ranch in Bluff Dale, Texas, where we take great pride in ensuring that our cattle are free from hormones and antibiotics, delivering the highest quality meat both nutritionally and ethically. They are then processed in-house at our state-inspected facility, Thompson’s Custom Meats in Dublin, Texas. Steaks are cooked over a wood burning grill using Hardwood also sourced from the Tex-Ken Ranch. From our ranch to the table, we guarantee a dining experience that celebrates the best of local and sustainable farming.
