Gaslight is an open concept bar, restaurant, and live music venue serving some of the best food Nantucket has to offer. The cuisine, from Chef Liam Mackey (The Nautilus), has a Japanese Izakaya vibe where you'll find a variety of haute street food style pan-Asian cuisine include noodles, rice dishes, bao buns, raw fish, skewers, dumplings, and more. The bar program, curated by Clinton Terry (The Nautilus) features a variety of fresh ingredient forward cocktails with culinary inspired themes, and rotating craft beers on tap. The wine list leans towards fun, funky, natural w/ a twist of the classic plus the island's only Champagne Vending machine (thank you Moët). Casual indoor/outdoor dining, open year-round. Located mid-island, currently serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner Wednesday through Saturday for the winter.Seasonally, we have a beautiful outdoor bar, serving up drinks and food for before or after a trip to the beach, as well as a full outdoor patio and indoor dining room! An island institution for over 30 years, BES has recently been reborn under new management and ownership. Chef Todd Edwards returns to create new + old menu item favorites, including BES’ classic linguini w/ clams and tuna tartare.
