Always a good experience at Aberdunant Hall the food is outstanding and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. Full marks for all round value.

Unfortunately the grilled fish turned out to be floured fried fish and subsequently over cooked although we asked for slightly undercooked. Making a gratin out of courgettes means that unless they are dried before you start the gratin is very watery- which it was. The pannacotta was too stiff and sweet but the coffee flavour good although I asked for it without Amaretto crumbs but that was ignored. The sticky toffee pudding was very nice but with very little sauce despite asking for extra… not ideal when you’re paying over £160 for 2 and that wasn’t with a bottle of champagne! A pleasant meal but not worth the cost.

Super friendly. Great atmosphere. Food was prompt, well cooked. And fresh. Intended to return but suffered health issues.
