Cafe Luna is an Italian restaurant focusing on fun and fine seafood. The inside of the restaurant is equal parts refined and whimsical, with subtle ocean-inspired nods. Blue and green accents throughout the restaurant evoke the water and Cafe Luna prominently features all of its seafood dishes.

Il Colosseo is an Italian restaurant that is a local favorite. The dining room here is small and intimate, which adds to the homey atmosphere the eatery provides. At the back of the dining room, Il Colosseo has an open kitchen where guests can watch as the talented kitchen staff prepares the food. The kitchen is dominated by a giant brick oven where the staff cooks up all of its incredible pizzas.Il Colosseo begins its menu with antipasti like fried calamari for two, baked clams, sautéed octopus, sautéed broccoli rabe and a pasta e fagioli soup with white kidney beans and fusilli noodles in a light tomato broth. His dream became a reality. Ivan has about 10 years experience in Sushi. Over the years, Ivan has been seeing how the sushi in the United States changed, he does his own creations. Qing also has over 6 years experiences in cooking. He was a chef in China. After he moved to the States, he kept his career being a chef, this time, he wanted to try something new. He started as a chef in a Japanese restaurant, with all the skills and experiences he developed in China. He learned fast and became a master chef. Mountain fusion has a team of food enthusiasts and work closely to bring the healthy and delicious traditional, modern Japanese cuisine to Staten Island.
