レストランの雰囲気はシックで暗いです。料理はどれも美味しく、ステーキは赤坂の某高級プライステーキハウスより美味しいかもしれません。そう考えるとリーズナブルです。ホールの方がまだ慣れていないようで、チーフの方がいろいろと指図していました。その分、少し原点です。

Originally built in 1951 as a shrimp house, new owners turned it into a lovely place for seafood, steaks, sushi and spirits! It’s an unassuming locals’ joint tucked away among seafood markets and old-Keys shanties. They’re famous for their drinks and for serving the hottest “fresh from Keys water” lionfish in town. Order it “wrecker” style in a sauce of capers, garlic, butter and diced tomato, or as a ceviche or sushi roll.
