   I’ll preface this with the acknowledgement that Valentine’s Day is going to be busy. We accept that food will take longer, it’s just the nature of the beast. We had reservation’s. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated immediately. About 10 minutes later, Ash introduced herself and said she would be our server. That was the last time we hear her voice again. It felt as if she was also avoiding eye contact. After 45 minutes, I hijacked another server. His people had food. Some of his people came in after us. Long story short, John took care of for the rest of the night and ensured we were attended to. Another guy came to fill my water and when I asked for no more ice, Ash appeared behind him and yank the carafe from his had and starting give it to other diners. He was a bit shocked, as I would be, so he just stood there perplexed. The entire time we were there (2hrs) she wove in and out of the table area, never making eye contact, as if we weren’t even there. I will never go back or recommend this place. When customer service IS your job, and you have the inability to do it, you need to find another job. One where interacting with people is at a minimum. Thank you, John, for your professionalism and empathy. I cannot say enough about you put in effort to ensure we were somewhat satisfied. YOU deserve her pay and tips for last night.

   Great drinks and the food was terrific. My wife and I were visiting from WA and chose Masters for our Valentine's dinner spot. I would definitely recommend it. The cocktails were tasty and the menu selections were delicious.

   We had just watched a Candlelight Concert at The Star Theatre for friends and wanted a place to eat a little something and have some cocktails. Masters delivered! Our waitress, Mariah was excellent, salads and quesadillas were large, and cocktails wonderful! The decor and ambience at Masters is lovely.

   Overall, this was exactly what I was looking for. It was absolutely a step up from your normal chain American pub. It offered great tasting food with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. My wife and I started with the Coconut Shrimp and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Then we decided to split the Meatball Sandwich. All of the food was delivered hot and absolutely tickled our taste buds with delight! What a wonderful surprise and neighborhood gem. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and sauce and cheese held it all together on fresh bread! The apps were great and the cocktails we had were super refreshing and tasty. The only knock was the bar did have a backlog so we did wait a while for our drinks, and one of our apps came out 10 min before the other app. But, overall, I would happily return to this establishment of sundry food fare that wakes up your senses and puts a smile on your face.    One of my favorite spots.. my roommates too. It’s a go to of mine, I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times. I’m an inconsistent regular. I’ll be back again 100%

   First time at this restaurant and we will be back. What a great experience. The whole staff was attentive, eager and so happy to be working there. The food was very good and the cocktails were even better. The restaurant manager stopped by our table and was so pleasant.

    Really enjoyed the friendly service from everyone. Food was done very well for all 4 of us including the yummy appetizers. This was our second time here and we will be back.
