Food was great, service was great. Portions were small, but average price for NYC. Restaurant was loud and crowded, tables very close together.

My main issue was the food, I ordered a Caesar salad and lemon herb chicken and it was my second time eating at this restaurant. The first time I ordered the top sirloin well done with potatoes and the meat can medium well when I ordered well done and it was warm the mash potatoes were cold and I gave it a pass because it was busy my server was running back and forth and I wanted to be understanding and it wasn’t the right thing to do in retrospect because it seems so be a common practice now that I’ve come here again. Back to the recent visit my chicken it was very chewy and toward the end I couldnt chew the pieces of chicken I managed to cut with the steak knife and I had to use so much force just to cut through it. The quality of the food was underwhelming I did have a manager that came and discounted part of my meal which was thoughtful and I expressed my gratitude. I think it might’ve been oversight twice, I would like the kitchen to pay close attention to the food and how long it’s sitting out or frozen. I just had a slight stomachache and I’ll stay away from eating there for a while until the worry wears off. The chocolate drinks are pretty delicious so I’ll keep Stopping by for that at least.

I made reservations for 4:30 and was seated promptly. Our server was fantastic and very accommodating, our waters were never empty. The food was very tasty however they increased the prices by $10 that were not listed as on the website and it seems they decreased the portion sizes. Other than that my date and I had a wonderful time! I always love coming here!

I went w 3 kids after a visit to CAMP. We had the chocolate fondue and the kids had so much fun. My picky eater got the Mac and cheese which was also delicious. Our server was so helpful to suggest things to make our experience there memorable. My niece said she wants to come back every time she goes to the city! Thank you!

Salmon was way too oily (too much virgin /pesto oil ) and before it use to come with mash potatoes . Hopefully, it will be paired up again . Also, would be nice if Max Brenner offered a sugar-free option for their deserts and chocolate drinks to be able to cater to diabetic customers.

The noise was overwhelming, and the poor HVAC system filled the space with smoke and a burnt smell, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Despite this, the food was tasty, and the desserts, along with the service, were the highlights. However, I wouldn’t return unless these issues are resolved.
