    My husband and I love Melt! We have never been disappointed…until last night when we went with a large party for my birthday. There was 8 of us, and we were seated right away. However we ordered drinks probably 15 minutes in, and those drinks didn’t show up for another 30 minutes. We would barely finish a dish, and someone would come by and try to take it away without asking. Several times we had to say “I’m not done.” WE had to request second and thirds on drinks, we were never asked about refills. This groups really likes to drink so they missed out on a great opportunity. What’s really disappointing about all this is the automatic gratuity of large parties. Not one person serving us deserved 20% tip! It’s like they knew they didn’t have to work for it. Very upsetting. My husband and I will return, but never as a large group again. And as for our 6 friends, it was their first time there, and I doubt they’ll ever go back after that service

    My Google review.. This establishment is amazing. Definitely fine dining experience. Been here a few times before and most recently for our wedding anniversary. There are very few places that can cook a steak to the requested temperature. It cuts like butter and amazing flavor. My wife had a pasta dish, it was also amazing. Servers are also very attentive. Reservations recommended and parking it a bit tough but plenty away from the restaurants. This a good place for a date night without the kids for sure. 2 levels and bars on both. It's pricy but worth it.

    When I get the right table I LOVE this place - I like the tables where I can hear my guests and when we are in that area then this is one of my favorite places with a great menu. Thank you

    Calamari, octopus and carbonara were all excellent. Service was very attentive. A very enjoyable dinner and we will return. My only negative is that it's a tad too dark in the restaurant, and was hard to read the menu.

    Meal, atmosphere & staff were all great! We shared the burrata app and then we each had a pasta. Everything was fresh and delicious.

    I brought my woman over to the Melt and we've both enjoyed the staff and the food provided to us. We love to come again! This experience made both our Valentine's Day weekend a blast!
