The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. The basement houses an extensive wine cellar and intimate tasting room called The Locker, as well as a temperature-controlled cheese “cave,” and a kitchen where chefs produce fresh pasta each day.

Bud's at Silver Run is a casual elegant restaurant located just north of Westminster, MD and south of Gettysburg, PA. Opened in May of 2008 "Bud's at Silver Run" invites you to enjoy great dining in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Local resident Blinn Salisbury III and partner Ken Lurie are pleased to become part of the community and to revive this great location. We have searched for the right restaurant and are happy that we have found it in Silver Run. Ken brings more than thirty years of varied restaurant experience with him to Bud's. From learning under Karl Beckley at the Greenlake Grill in Seattle to Food & Beverage Director of the Virgin Grand in the Virgin Islands, Ken is excited to return to Maryland. Our goal is to enhance and enrich your dining by offering a quality restaurant experience. We hope to meet and exceed your expectations in each of your visits. Heirloom is open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday starting at 5pm; closed Sunday & Monday.
We accept dining reservations 30 days out, simply meaning today's date plus 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or no show within 12 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $25/per person.
All proceeds go towards the Heirloom kitchen squad’s continued culinary education, research & development.
We do not offer child seating (high chairs/booster seats) of any kind, nor a children’s menu, and we are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.
PATIO:
Our patio is located outside, in full sun, with umbrellas provided.
Please take note if you are uncomfortable with sun exposure and outdoor elements.
Patio tables are entirely weather dependent, and therefore released the day of.
However, if the weather is looking magical for a few days at a time, tables will be released for booking.
