Mezzo Bistro & Wine is a hidden gem in the Northwest area of Las Vegas. Serving an authentic Italian and seafood menu. We also have several new specials every week, anything from Chilean Sea Bass to Beef Wellington, we are constantly bringing your most requested items to the special board. We use only the freshest ingredients and cater to our customers needs, if you don't see what your looking for on the menu, just ask and we will do our best to make you happy. We also have up 40 wines that are available by the glass each day, with featured wines from Tobin James Cellars and selections that hail from as near as Napa and as far away as Argentina, Bordeaux, Rioja, and Mos Eisley.

Wonderful service (from Zach) and delicious food! Quaint, romantic ambiance and they offer indoor or outdoor seating. I recommend for a special occasion or a date-night!

I really don’t want to leave a review because I believe we visited on an off-night. There was new kitchen team and staff who called off so I won’t judge them on that - but I will leave very positive feedback about our server who was great, apologetic and did all the right things to redeem the poor kitchen execution and wait time for food. The owner also took care of the bill, gave us a $20 gift card and free dessert so that is the only reason I will give them another chance based on the wonderful customer service

We go to Mezzo Bistro every weekend, and the food is always exceptional. The service is phenomenal… It is quaint and cozy… Such a beautiful little spot. highly recommended !! Lisa

A local gem! The place is packed on Saturday (on our first try we couldn’t get in!). My shrimp fra diavola was excellent! The wait staff was friendly and very helpful! Wine specials are a good value! We’ll be back!

Valentines Day and the restaurant was very busy. Even with reservations we were late being seated due to everyone taking longer than expected. MatreDe did his best. The food was excellent, although the veal dishes were sold out by 630p. Mezzo is the best Italian food in town.

The restaurant was very chaotic. It was hard to enjoy my meal. The server did not come to our table after order was taken for 55 minutes and then it was to tell us our food would come out shortly. I had to ask for a refill on my drink although my glass set empty for over 40 mins. Would never again go to this restaurant for a Valentines dinner. However we do love the restaurant and frequent regularly. Just never again on Valentines day
