   This was our first time dining at Michael's. The outdoor dining atrium is beautiful. Our server Tamara was excellent. Unfortunately, our dinners were a bit disappointing. The burratta salad was nice but not special and the tomatoes were unripe. My husband's filet mignon was perfectly cooked but lacked flavor. The crab cakes were okay. Worst of all was the truffled mac and cheese which seemed to be just pasta in a thin cream sauce; no evidence of cheese or truffles. Because we hadn't eaten it and didn't want to take it home, Tamara kindly took it off the check. All in all, quite disappointing, especially when Michael's had been so enthusiastically recommended.

   love Michaels, but slow slow slow service. Food is still great, but sad when you can't find a waiter.

   The Food Quality has gone down at Michael's on East. Pompano dish was not fresh. The Server, Kathy was too talkative.

   Our waitress Tamara was wonderful. Filet and prk chop well recommended. Love the patio.

   Kathy Oravec did a great job serving and recommending ! Food and wine was excellent! Delay in table readiness was tolerable as the bar and piano music were fantastic

   WE DINED HERE LAST WEEK AND EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! CAME BACK LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING! APPETIZERS ARRIVED BEFORE COCKTAILS WERE SERVED. I RECEIVED MY ENTREE AFTER EVERYONE HAD FINISHED THEIR DINNER. IT TOOK OVER 2.5 HOURS TO BE SERVED ....THE FILET MIGNON TARTAR WAS SO OVER SALTED IT WAS INEDIBLE. NOT SURE WHAT THE ISSUES WERE LAST NIGHT BUT A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPENSIVE EVENING OUT!

   We were quickly seated. The place was bustling. Kethie, our server, clearly enjoyed her job. Orders were taken and delivered quickly. The flavors were excellent. Only quibble are the wine prices- $25 and $38 a glass? Silly. Michael, the owner, came to our table and greeted us happily. We will return.

   We visit from Michigan and return annually. It is usually the most special meal during our two month stay. This year was no exception. Our server Kathy O is a real pro; knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. She was also very attentive to our Gluten Free friend. Guests at our table enjoyed, Veal Chops, Lobster Bisque, Skirt Steak & Sea Bass. All were delicious. Will will likely return next spring.
