    We have dined  at Michaels many times. I always had excellent service and good food. On a recent visit, the service was mediocre not what we are used to for Michaels. The food was adequate. It’s very slow serving all of us. The cost of dining at Michaels has gone up quite considerably, but the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be . It also was very very noisy so it was difficult to hear the other people conversations.

    Excellent evening for my wife's birthday. Nice experience at the bar for a pre dinner cocktail and moved to a comfortable table in the dining room. Service was attentive, professional, and friendly. Food was excellent, prepared to perfection. Great choice for a nice evening out!

    We had another wonderful meal at Michael’s. We sampled the French Epicurean menu and were pleased with our choices. My husband had the butternut squash and sweet potato soup and the Scottish salmon, and I had crawfish beignets and veal scallops with Calvados. The desserts are all made in house, even the ice cream which accompanied my almond cake! Everything was delicious! Our server Kelly, and attendant Isabel were friendly and attentive. Having Michael stop by the table always adds a nice touch. He makes everyone feel welcome! We’ll be back again soon.

    Michaels is our favorite restaurant for FINE DINING in Sarasota!! They set the bar for their menu, wine list, and service. Appetizer was their mussels in wine sauce. Ask for extra bread to dip into the yummy sauce. Followed by a wedge salad Our main course was the Pomano in a veggie sauce. Absolutely 💯 outstanding. We finished with their ice cream and chocolate cake. What a great meal. Love it!

    Fantastic service and food. Great attention to detail. Easy parking with valet service. We were seated by the door leading to the outside dining, it being a cooler night there was a bit of a chill each time the door opened. Not enough of an issue to ask to be moved. The restaurant did get a bit loud as the night went on.

    Food is ALWAYS fabulous as is our server Kristine. Always knows the menu very well as well as which dishes are gluten free. For special occasions, you can't beat Michaels & if you belong to Costco you can get cards that are 20% off ($79 for $100).

    Everything about this place is outstanding, from the way we were greeted to how we were served our coffee. The courtyard is amazing. All the food and service were exceptional. Our waiter, Freddy Carrillo anticipated our every needs and pampered us including serving us a Birthday cake and song on his own initiative.
