We were seated immediately and had a wonderful server. We had drinks and an appetizer. Everything was fine, but two couples had babies and allowed them to sit and cry through the whole meal. The food portions were great. I had the filet mignon and it was overcooked and weirdly falling apart like pot roast. But at this point, I just wanted to eat and get out of there. For two of us to eat it was $120 and you couldn’t relax

This is one of the very best menus for quality and value for the price paid in Sioux Falls. The food is always outstanding, the service exceptional and the atmosphere nearly perfect. This should be on everyone's go-to list whether dining for business, leisure, or whether you simply want an wonderful meal. Thanks, Guys.

My pork chop was great as was my wine! Always love the decor and ambience there. Our waiter was fine as well. My only beef was that we had to wait close to half an hour even though we had a reservation. At one point I was told our table was being cleared. Another 10 minutes went by and I asked if our table was still being cleared. Another five to ten minutes went by before we were finally seated.

For being a higher end restaurant was expecting much better food. Ordered a pasta that was not edible. It was overly cooked and tasted like I dumped a bottle of pesto in my mouth. Very disappointing. Husbands risotto was just ok.

Minervas has an amazing array of dishes. Sometimes hard to make a decision. The service is mostly very good but the last couple of times we’ve eaten there the food came out lukewarm. The restaurant was very busy both times it happened. That isn’t normal for that restaurant so perhaps the server wasn’t paying attention. So odd that it has happened to us on two different occasions.

We loved the Burger Battle entry. The truffle fries were even better, and the beet ketchup was over the top! Definitely a meal for two.
