Food lovers will rejoice in the diverse and complex flavors simmering inside Hilton Anaheim Chef’s Kitchen & Bakery. Each menu item is assembled with local ingredients that capture the essence of Southern California.

Choose from two notable Orange County restaurants with ambient settings and chef-driven cuisine. MIX Restaurant specializes in early California-inspired dishes and original interpretations of Mediterranean classics. MIX Lounge offers hand-crafted cocktails and shared plates that feature locally sourced ingredients, as well as All-Day Happy Hour on Sundays. The seasonal Pool Bar + Grill offers a wide selection of beer and wine, hand-crafted cocktails and perennial classics such as All-American Burger with homemade kettle chips, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and Grilled Mahi Sandwich & homemade desserts from our inhouse bakery, just to name a few.

The restaurant at the Marriott across the courtyard from the Hilton is always so much more crowded, and I understand why. Better food at better prices!

I really enjoy MIX---the food was wonderful and we really enjoyed our server who was friendly, and very helpful with recommendations. I've been there several times and will continue to return!

They accommodated a reserved party of 16, which became 20 for my birthday. They handled our large party well and everyone had a great time. The salmon was delicious - portion could've been bigger. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food/drinks! The staff was very kind to us and allowed us to bring a cake. They also allowed us extra seating time due to the size of our party.

Doing construction right next to restaurant with loud drills and jackhammers. Very difficult to have a conversation. Understand this is not the due to the restaurant however this meal was a business meeting and it was difficult to have.

My child ordered a kids meal, chicken quesadilla with fries. The total for most that was $25, add $4 for a soft drink. Prices were ridiculous and the food was not worth that at all. $14 for mashed potatoes?!! I mean, come on

I wasn’t particularly hungry so I ordered some appetizers and sides. I ordered a glass of wine that was reported to be 10 ounces but wasn’t even remotely close. Considering that it cost $25 it seemed a bit outrageous. On top of that the food was rather mediocre and the service was pleasant but not very attentive. At the very end, although I was just one person at the table, a 20% gratuity was automatically added and as it states on the menu for “any check that has food and/or beverage added.” Excuse me, but what check in a restaurant does not have food and:or beverage added? It was completely ridiculous and insulting.
