   My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to go to Nana for the first time. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible. Best collard greens with bacon that I've EVER tasted. We wish there were more entree offerings. Nonetheless, we totally enjoyed our meal.

   The dinner experience was exceptional! Great place for a date or a pre-event night out with the friends. Ask for Claire if you're going! She is a great server and bar tender. The steaks are cooked to perfection, and make sure to try the brussel sprouts. We'll definitely be back soon!

   Doing double-duty as a birthday celebration plus pre-theater supper, NanaSteak delivered on all important points. Excellent food plus attentive and professional service from Chris made for a great experience, lessened only by the overly "energetic" presence of a much too boisterous table nearby.

   Fabulous experience. I ordered the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the brussel sprouts and they were delicious. We were headed to an event at the DPAC had chosen this restaurant because of it's location. They were very accommodating and had even held our leftovers until the event ended.

   Our first time visiting NanaSteak and it was a great experience. We were seated immediately upon arrival and our drink orders were quickly taken. One of the best martinis I have ever had! Olives stuffed with a combination of bacon and blue cheese. Our server Kate walked us through the menu and answered questions. We split the Bibb wedge salad and it was more than enough. Followed with prime rib, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Beer batter Vidalia onion rings were the perfect side. Warm brownie with vanilla ice cream was the perfect ending. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Durham.

   This was my first time dining at NanaSteak restaurant in Durham, NC. My wife and I decided to make a reservation here due to convenient location since this is right next door to DPAC center where we were seeing a show. The menu is very limited in choices which is fine if the food choices are great. My wife and I ordered drinks and a shared appetizer. At the same time we also ordered our entrees (Filet and NY strip). The drinks and appetizer were delivered within 10 minutes. These were good. However, the steak entrees took an additional 25 minutes to be served. Both of our steaks tasted fine but were luke warm temperature at best. Not a great experience eating expensive steaks that are not served hot from the kitchen. Since we were seeing a DPAC show we could not wait for these to be refired again. Total bill with tip was $200. We likely will not return with this disappointing experience. There are other choices for steakhouses in the area that we have found with a more reliable dining experience.

    We had a lovely meal and although this is primarily a steakhouse, one member of our party ordered the salmon which was delicious. Our waiter, Jared, was fantastic.
