The story of Mexico Lindo Restaurant begins in the summer of 1984, when entrepreneurs' members of our family migrated from Colombia to Atlanta. Mexico Lindo first opened its doors in Smyrna, Cobb County, just north of Atlanta. Within a few years, one other location was opened in Cobb County merrily because of our success in bringing authentic Mexican dishes to Atlanta area. What came to life was a truly unique dining experience authentic tastes of Mexico and Colombia all in one place. Nearly four decades later, some of our original and most popular dishes are still on the menu. Our award-winning Fajita Nachos are among popular dishes that are still on the menu since day one. Helmed by Executive Chef Bob Ryan, Little Sparrow is a neighborhood "continental" restaurant from Ford Fry. Inspired by Parisian bistros and Brooklyn’s favorite taverns, Little Sparrow picks up the mantle from its beloved predecessor, JCT Kitchen and Bar to serve the Westside in a new incarnation. Named in honor of superstar French chanteuse Edith Piaf (Fry’s Howell Mill Road steakhouse, Marcel, is named after Piaf’s lover, boxer Marcel Cerdan) the menu presents timeless Brasserie classics and simple, indulgent fare including an entire section dedicated to extraordinary "Frites." What an incredible night of delicious food, exceptional service and a beautiful restaurant to celebrate Valentine's. Our server, Jose, was one of the best servers we have ever had. He was fun, knowledgeable, always there when we needed him. We ordered the French Onion Soup and the Mixed Salad to start, both were on point. My husband ordered their version of Steak Frites, a chopped ribeye basted in butter and thyme and served with the best frites! I ordered the Sole, deboned table side, it literally melted in my mouth. Dessert was Chocolate Souffle and Cheesecake...both again were made to perfection. We will definetly be back...sooner than later!

Canoe never disappoints. Beautiful setting, magnificent food, and outstanding service every time. Our server, Matt, was fantastic, pleasant, humorous, and anticipating our every need with impeccable timing. I was especially impressed with the excellent value of exceptional food in generous servings for a very fair price. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, professional in every way. Again, Canoe never disappoints and I can't wait to return.

It was our ten year anniversary so after ordering oysters (delicious!) and cocktails, we decided to order broiled lobster, which since they hadn’t updated the menu-they were not serving it. Okay, so we decided to go somewhere else. After explaining this to our amazing Server, O.D. He spoke to the Chef, Eddie. Eddie visited our table, apologized that the lobster was not available to be served the way we like, but he said that he would accommodate us and prepare it especially for us since it was our anniversary. He also served us a few complimentary dishes and a glass of champagne, too! The food was absolutely amazing, and we gave a generous tip to O.D in appreciation for going above and beyond. Chef’s kiss to Eddie and we will be returning.
