Mambo Bistro – a casual beachfront dining experience with casual fare open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offerings, inspired by their French upbringing and training with a local Belizean twist.Please be aware that Mambo Restaurant provides a mature dining environment, with a MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 16 YEARS. For parties of 6 or more guests, a deposit of US$25 per person is required upon booking, credited towards the final bill.

    Frenchys did not disappoint, we showed up early got a very nice table with a street view right away. Frenchy stopped by our table to welcome us gave us a small history story on Belize and how he got ended up on the Island. Food was great atmosphere was quaint and very enjoyable . He staff was very nice and on top of their game. We will. Definitely be back

    What a fantastic experience at Akasha. The service is excellent. Cocktails are wonderful. And the food is 10/10. Had the catch of the day. Empanadas are a must have. Stone crab claws. And all reasonably priced. Highly recommended
