Amazing food, really enjoyed everything we ordered. Door staff very friendly and helpful. Waiting staff not so! Felt like we were putting our waitress out by just being there. No interaction or helpful answers to our menu questions. Despite the service being less than expected standard we still left a tip which was not even acknowledged.

Clear explanation of the menu. Very attentive staff and the food was delicious with massive portions. Mac n cheese was 10/10

Had a wonderful time at The Ivy Canterbury. We arrived early but were seated immediately. The restaurant was busy but not too noisy and the decor and ambience was excellent. Our waitress Millie, was very friendly and quick to attend to our needs. Food and drinks were bought to us in a timely manner and the food was excellent (the Ivy Snowman quite something although I'd recommend to share). Despite the place being busy and a clear demand for tables, at no point did we feel rushed and after we finished our meal and settled the bill, we moved to the bar to have a few more drinks at our leisure where once again the mixologists were chatty and friendly and able to make a multitude of cocktails of our choosing without having to check how to make them. The food and drink were on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and the bill was not unreasonable for what we received. As a Canterbury resident, I think I have a new favourite restaurant/bar.

Excellent food and service and very friendly atmosphere. We ate there 4 out of 5 days during our stay in Kent and had something different from the menu every day. It was all delicious. The kitchen is 100% gluten free.

An amazing evening, staff were outstanding, food was lovely, however all overpriced in our opinion, but nonetheless it was a great night
