I felt that 3 choices for the first course would be better and the prime rib was undercooked. I’ve never been anywhere that I wasn’t offered a choice of cooking temperature (how well done I wanted it.) I should have asked to have it cooked more but didn’t. That’s on me. I loved the chicken wing appetizer (some of the tastiest wings I've ever had), and we shared the delicious Brussels sprouts. Other items we ordered included the eggplant Parmigiana and the arugula salad.
