Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

The Red Cow is not only recognised in Birmingham, but nationwide with customers coming from all over the country. The Red Cow is one of the few pubs which has lasted over 80 years and is still standing! Our staff are notorious for the friendly service, along with the pub being known for it’s homely atmosphere and pure, authentic Punjabi cuisine. If you’re from around Birmingham you would have heard of The Red Cow in Smethwick, it’s a great place to meet up with family and friends, watch sporting events live, and just have a nice relaxing evening with great food. The kitchen staff prepare the cuisine with such love and care that you can taste it! The authentic Punjabi food is prepared using traditional methods such as cooking in a clay tandoor and preparing the food with organic, traditional Punjabi herbs and spices.

My wife and I went to Pĥo in Harborne on Valantìnes night at 7.30. It was about half full so we had our pick of the tables. Our waitress was very attentive, professional and friendly. She asked if we had been before and if we hany questions about the menu. She then talked us through a beginners guide and we ordered 2 of her recommendations - beef brisket phoʻ and beef combo pho'. The food was delightfully tasty, and the service was superb. What more could you ask for? Maybe slightly more comfortable chairs but that is being a ɓit picky.

Great food great service in a lovely environment it was fairly quiet as it was Sunday but our second time and everything is fantastic also the heaters in the front section are brilliant I would highly recommend
