Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality. In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill. We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. Me encantó todo lo que probé! El mejor asado en Santiago, sin lugar a dudas. Excelente servicio, la mejor carne, vino increíble y el lugar está muy cómodo y con buen ambiente. La receta perfecta para pasar un buen rato. Recomiendo muchísimo no perderse este lugar si están en la ciudad.
