Our server, Valeria, was friendly and helpful. It was a very busy night but she was still very attentive. We started with the popette, which were just the right density and the sauce was delicious. My husband said the catch of the day was good although the risotto was slightly mushy. I had the pasta cheese wheel with jumbo lump crab added on. I did find some very small bits of crab shell in it. My daughter had the carbonara, happy to see that it is made with guanciale, and it was perfect. Overall it was a great experience. They have an excellent wine list and many things on the menu that we want to try, so I’m sure we will be back.

Great experience with our server. Unfortunately I do not recall her name but she wears glasses, has s slight accent and is ALWAYS get everything right. We ordered an assortment of appetizers that included nachoes, wings, pretzel dogs and fries. All was hot, fresh and tasty!

The food and service are always great here. A gem!!!

Food was delicious, only option was the holiday pre fix menu on Christmas Eve, which was way too much food but we enjoyed it very much and had left overs. Drinks were very good too.

We have dined at Firebirds several times as a couple, but this time we were in a large party and went there for a celebration. The staff was very accommodating, the service was prompt and professional. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and was a great value.
