Great food and service. Their fried chicken is fantastic! Generous wine pouring and the staff was knowledgeable about the wine selection. We will definitely make this a regular dinner spot when we’re in Calistoga.

We had a lovely time at Truss celebrating three birthdays at once, where the food was amazing and service impeccable. The atmosphere was elevated yet relaxed, and we really enjoyed the views of the resort and nearby mountains during the sunset. We were seated early without any issues based on our arrival and were treated to a complimentary dessert for our special occasion, which was a nice touch. Their sea bass dish was the highlight, with a perfect balance of flavors and texture at every bite. Overall the experience was wonderful and enjoyable!
