Old school and unchanged. Location on the lake is priceless. We visit every time we are at the Lake.

Friar tucks used to be our favorite place. Although service was excellent, and food was tasty, the menu has changed too much, to where we aren't happy with options. They got rid of or favorite appetizer, Salmon carpacio, and dinner, tempura prawns. They do have good steaks on the menu, but no seafood pasta, or any pasta. The menu is very limited in our opinion. We loved ordering and eating in the bar for the music previously, best around. Now we struggle finding anyone we like. Cello joe plays there a lot, he was playing when we were eating in the dining room on a Friday night. He needs to go. I was so distracted by his horrible sound, I couldn't enjoy dinner. Just awful. Sorry to say, we aren't regulars anymore. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Very enjoyable experience for our party of seven. Reservations online was very easy. Bought a couple of reminders to confirm no changes to the reservations. Seated promptly when we arrived. Our waitress greeted us at the table pretty quickly. The establishment was very busy for a Thursday night. Our waitress brought our appetizers and drinks fairly quickly. Our food was brought out relatively quickly, and everybody was happy with their meals. We all had a variety of different things, and everybody was very pleased.

Nice view, smaller dining room, entree choices limited.
