We serve breakfast from 9-11 Monday - Saturday with lunch service directly following.

The duck and pork were cooked to perfection and well presented with accoutrements on the plate. The crispy Japanese sweet potatoes as a side were scrumptious. The $35/glass chardonnay was excellent too - tho there are many less expensive & local wines available. Had the steak tartare for an appy and couldn't be happier. Tho I will say that if you're going to serve it as an appy to two ppl then you should provide 4 toasts not 3. All in all - it was a special treat and we'll make sure to return more often! I've already recommended Valette as a "must go" restaurant for my relatives who'll be visiting! We elected to eat at the bar since its nice to chat some times with staff and the bar tender, Adrian, was great company!
