Courses were a bit staggered as in some dishes for a course same and then there would be a delay before they all did. No big deal obviously but it is something they could work on. Waitress was very good at her job, efficient and friendly no long wait time for main course or dessert. Only thing was coffee could have been hotter. Would recommend the steak sandwich, but everyone ant our table enjoyed everything that was ordered. We had ate out the night before (new years eve) at a 4star hotel but service was not as good as we experienced today at Captain Americas.
